Heron's Flight Villa Rental - Our Rates
 

General

Rates are in US$ and are for Heron's Flight, with accommodation for up to 6 adult guests and include maid and laundry services three days a week without any additional service charge, but staff gratuities are welcomed at guests' discretion.

A 25% deposit will secure your reservation and is non-returnable in the event of cancellation unless a direct replacement booking is found. The balance is payable 60 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. Payment can be by US$ bank draft or certified check payable to the owner or by direct wire transfer to the Heron's Flight bank account.

Credit Card payments are available via Paypal with an additional 4% processing fee.

Heron's Flight Villa is not responsible for fees associated with payments
including Money Order, Wire Transfer & Bank Transfer fees.


 

1st June - 30th November

 
1 - 2 Guests (1 bedroom):   $ 1,950 per week.
 
3 - 4 Guests (2 bedrooms): $ 2,450 per week.
 
5 - 6 Guests (3 bedrooms): $ 2,950 per week.
 
 
 

1st December - 31st May

 
1 - 2 Guests (1 bedroom):   $ 2,350 per week.
 
3 - 4 Guests (2 bedrooms): $ 2,850 per week.
 
5 - 6 Guests (3 bedrooms): $3,350 per week.
 
 
 
 

Christmas and New Year

 
Between 19th December and 9th January the weekly rates are as follows:
 
US$2,450 for up to 2 guests (1 bedroom)
 
US$3,150 for up to 4 guests (2 bedrooms)
 
US$3,550 for up to 6 guests (3 bedrooms)
 
Stays of more than 7 nights are pro rated to the weekly rate.
 
A $500US deposit is required by all guests, refunded at the end of the stay.
 
 

The Heron's Flight Villa recommends that all visitors take out full travel insurance.

The Heron's Flight owners take every precaution to ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of their properties, however, neither they, their staff nor Heron's Flight Villa or its representatives can accept any responsibility for the design, structure or layout of the property and no responsibility is accepted for any loss or damage arising from those matters and the use or occupation by guests or their families - guests are therefore entirely at their own risk and should obtain insurance if they have any concerns.
